They are seeking a Sales Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage digital campaigns and oversee key marketing channels
- Coordinate sales enablement initiatives and create targeted messaging for key customer segments
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align go-to-market plans
- Analyze campaign performance data and adjust tactics based on hard results
- Manage vendor or partner relationships and ensure consistent brand positioning across all external communications
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Track record in sales and marketing management, including planning and executing demand-generation and lead-nurturing campaigns
- Digital & Tech Proficiency: Strong skills in email marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics. Comfortable using CRM and marketing automation tools to track leads and measure performance
- Sales Enablement Skills: Ability to create and refine materials, including presentations, case studies, and product one-pagers
- Exceptional Communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and channels
- Highly Organized: Strong project management skills, with strict attention to deadlines, priorities, and detail
