They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to connect with clients virtually, educate them on coverage options, and build long-term relationships while working independently in a flexible remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients through phone and Zoom consultations to better understand their needs and provide professional support
- Educate clients on available coverage options clearly, professionally, and confidently
- Develop trust and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and exceptional service
- Manage your schedule, appointments, and workflow while collaborating with a supportive remote team
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with Zoom and virtual tools
- Reliable work ethic and self-discipline
- Positive, outgoing, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
