Careforce is a YC-backed startup focused on enhancing healthcare capabilities through AI technology. They are seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead to engage with healthcare organizations, close technical deals, and ensure successful delivery of their solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Sit with customers. Meet prospects, hear their problems, and propose solutions in the room, sketching MVPs that could ship in a week
- Close technical deals. Own enterprise sales conversations end to end, engaging credibly on the technology and the value it unlocks
- Spot opportunities. Identify where Careforce can create outsized value and lead the charge to capitalize on it
- Bridge sales and delivery. Stay involved past the close so what we sold gets delivered, working closely with product and delivery teams
- Agentize tribal knowledge. Help translate the unstructured, never-organized knowledge of healthcare operations into solutions our AI agents can execute
- Shape the go-to-market motion. As a founding team member, establish the company's enterprise sales approach, values, and processes
