They are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to work with growing organizations in the Consumer Business Services Industries, focusing on building relationships, developing account strategies, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy, aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating internal Salesforce resources and Prime and Cloud sales teams
- Share the Salesforce value proposition for existing and new customers, building opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting
- Drive growth within assigned accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and new logo acquisition
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in a field sales role
- Proven experience managing customer accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and/or acquiring new logo accounts
- Ability to build and deliver presentations and strategize with a large extended team
- Demonstrated ability to develop C-suite relationships and drive customer satisfaction at scale
- Experience selling into Consumer Business Services industries including Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, or related verticals
- Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience)
