The Judge Group is seeking an Email Marketing Operations Consultant for a hotel client who will be responsible for executing and ensuring the quality of marketing campaigns for a defined portfolio of hotels. The role involves managing the ticketing intake process, reviewing and approving marketing campaigns, and coordinating campaign deployment with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel ticketing intake process and triage to cross-functional teams where applicable
- Streamline process and support development of scalable workflows using ServiceNow
- Review and approve marketing campaigns to ensure brand and design compliance, content accuracy, grammar, and messaging consistency, and legal content compliance
- Coordinate campaign deployment with hotel, field marketing, CRM, and platform teams once approvals are secured
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to CRM governance, including audience rules and contact frequency guidelines, and content compliance guidelines
- Act as the primary point of contact for field marketing managers and assigned hotels where applicable
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or CRM campaign execution
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, ideally Braze
