FUSTIS LLC is seeking a Project Manager for their PeopleSoft Workforce Administration (WFA) initiatives. The role involves managing large, complex PeopleSoft HCM projects and leading various project activities including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
Responsibilities:
- 8-10+ years of experience serving as an overall Project Manager
- 5+ years managing PeopleSoft HCM projects in large, complex organizations
- Demonstrated experience delivering PeopleSoft Workforce Administration implementations, enhancements, or major initiatives
- Experience managing HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, technical, vendor, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Proven success leading requirements, design, testing, deployment, stabilization, closure, and change management activities
- Strong executive communication, governance, risk management, issue resolution, facilitation, and escalation skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, vendors, dependencies, resource plans, scope, risks, issues, and decisions
- Ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives, anticipate downstream impacts, manage dependencies, and drive successful execution
- Candidates must have clear Project Manager experience; avoid blended or dual-function titles where direct Project Manager experience cannot be determined

- Knowledge of Job Data, Compensation, Position Management, and effective-dated transactions
- Experience supporting payroll-impacting releases and downstream integration activities
- PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience in large enterprise environment
- Higher education, public sector, healthcare, or unionized workforce experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams within a complex portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant project management certification preferred
