Dice is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Policy Analyst to support global research and analysis of Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) regulations and broader anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks. The role focuses on evaluating jurisdictional policies, identifying regulatory coverage gaps, and delivering actionable insights to strengthen global compliance practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and comparative analysis of global PEP laws, regulations, and AML frameworks
- Evaluate differences across jurisdictions and identify gaps in regulatory coverage
- Analyze cross-governmental policies and provide insights on regional and country-specific compliance requirements
- Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance policy coverage and accuracy
- Prepare formal reports, summaries, and proposals for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regulatory and policy initiatives
- Utilize internal data, research tools, and external sources to validate findings and support analysis
- Monitor regulatory developments and emerging trends in global compliance and governance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Political Science, International Relations, Pre-Law, or a related field
- Strong understanding of government systems and international regulatory environments
- Proven experience in policy research, regulatory analysis, or related work
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Ability to provide writing samples demonstrating analytical and structured writing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of information
