Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse concepts, inventory segmentation, aging analysis, and replenishment triggers.
- Familiarity with MRP execution, exception management, and supply demand balancing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-function like Engineering, Planning, and Procurement on material changes impacting planning, cost, and supply.
- Monitor inventory levels, aging, and liability exposure across Internal and external sites.
- Reconcile inventory balances, support transfers, and recommend disposition actions.
- Identify excess, slow-moving, obsolete, and at-risk inventory.
- Conduct Inventory Risk Assessments (IRA) and support mitigation planning.
- Recommend actions to optimize inventory and reduce financial exposure.
- Support LTB analysis, buy quantities, and ongoing exposure tracking.
- Monitor consumption and provide monthly EOL and LTB updates to stakeholders.
- Track PCB demand, supply, inventory levels, and date codes.
- Support periodic reviews and approvals for both In-House and External (CM) inventory.
- Track phase-in/phase-out activities and EOL components.
- Assess inventory impact and support smooth transitions to minimize supply risk.
- Perform inventory and materials analysis to support special initiatives like tracking of inventory at factory site and 3PL warehouse.
- Experience analyzing and adjusting safety stock, min/max, and reorder parameters based on demand and lead-time variability.
- Experience supporting supplier sourcing modules, MOQ/lead-time alignment, and external inventory visibility.
