Shift: Sunday Thursday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support customer education and communication initiatives.
- Assist with customer survey feedback and process improvement activities.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with customer service systems and Microsoft Office.
