Salesforce Developer

ExaTech Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and AgentForce to support healthcare-focused digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud and AgentForce solutions
• Build custom applications using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform technologies
• Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare and enterprise systems
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, code reviews, and testing activities
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and healthcare regulations
• Support production deployments and resolve application issues

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
• Experience working with AgentForce implementations and integrations
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, and SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and integrations
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, CI/CD, and DevOps processes
• Understanding of healthcare domain workflows, patient/member management, and care coordination
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
