Cognizant is a global community committed to making a meaningful impact and fostering innovation. They are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to collaborate with sales teams, develop marketing strategies, and execute campaigns to drive growth in the Financial Services sector.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong working relationships with client-facing teams, Industry Solutions, and Consulting teams to enable joint go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and execute marketing plans aligned with business development goals
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to support engagement across key Financial Services accounts
- Partner with sales leaders and subject matter experts to create client-facing content including presentations, videos, and digital assets
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs
- Ensure campaign amplification across internal and external channels
- Manage lead flow from marketing programs and coordinate with sales teams for follow-up
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to leverage thought leadership and campaign assets
- Plan and execute client engagement events, industry conferences, and experiential marketing programs
- Ensure effective representation of Cognizant solutions during events and engagements
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics including engagement, pipeline contribution, and lead generation
- Utilize data and insights to optimize programs and improve return on investment
- Support sales teams in progressing opportunities through targeted marketing initiatives
- Drive adoption and utilization of marketing content and programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 6–10 years of relevant professional experience
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation, or sales enablement within professional services or B2B technology
- Industry experience in Banking, Financial Services, and/or Insurance
- Demonstrated experience in marketing campaign development, lead generation, and content creation
- Strong communication and storytelling capabilities across written, verbal, and visual formats
- Ability to lead and execute outcome-driven marketing programs in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and present to diverse audiences
- Collaborative and proactive approach to working across teams in a matrixed organization
- Experience leveraging marketing technology, analytics tools, and CRM platforms
- Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing effectiveness
