Senior Director, Business Analysis - Capital One Software (Remote)

Capital One is a leading financial services company, and they are seeking a Senior Director of Business Analysis for their Software division. In this role, you will leverage your strategic and analytical expertise to tackle major business challenges while leading a team of data professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Apply your strategic and analytical skills to major business challenges. You’ll team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line
• Lead a growing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers. You will partner with people within the Software business and across the enterprise and at external platforms
• Leverage a broad stack of technologies to reveal the insights hidden within huge volumes of numeric and textual data
• Flex your interpersonal skills to translate the complexity of your work into tangible business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
• At least 5 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
• At least 3 years of experience performing people management
• At least 3 years of experience performing project management
• Master's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in people management
• 3+ years of experience in product development
• 3+ years of experience in financial modeling
• 3+ years of experience in economic forecasting
