Division50 is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support market expansion across Mexico. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and lead generation, where you will identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and book qualified meetings for the closing team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via:
- Cold calls
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email campaigns
- Identify and engage decision-makers
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Book meetings for the internal sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and activity logs
- Consistently meet and exceed outreach and booking targets
- Fully remote role

Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish + English (mandatory)
- Previous experience in SDR / BDR / Telemarketing / Outbound Sales
- Previous Experience as a Spanish SDR
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling cold calls and objections
- Self-driven and performance-oriented
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn / CRM is a plus
