AO Globe Life is growing and seeking motivated professionals to join their mission-driven remote team. This role involves conducting virtual consultations with clients and helping them understand their coverage options while providing a client-first service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
- Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate digital records and provide a client-first service experience
- Collaborate with mentors and team members during training and development sessions
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and support
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Confident using video conferencing and digital tools
- Genuine passion for helping others and contributing to a service-focused mission
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have a reliable internet connection
- Have a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam access
- Customer service or consultative experience is helpful but not required
