Must Have Skills:
Configure and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management modules.
Design and maintain Business Structure, Labor Categories, Access Profiles, Employee Groups, and HyperFinds.
Support Person Import, Labor Category Import, Payroll Export, and WIM integrations.
Perform impact analysis, configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Workday, and Integration teams.
Create design documents, mappings, and test scenarios.

Required Skills:
8 10+ years of UKG/Kronos WFM experience.
Strong expertise in:
Business Structure
Labor Categories
Access Profiles
HyperFinds
Employee Groups
Pay Policies & Adjustment Rules
Reports & Data Views
Experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
Experience with inbound/outbound integrations and payroll interfaces.
Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and production support experience.
