We are seeking a dedicated and organized Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Parts and Service teams.
- Serve as a liaison between Maintenance and Operations departments across all markets to facilitate effective communication.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of repair orders and related documentation.
- Facilitate day-to-day operational communications between field operations and maintenance functions.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures.
- Promote and exemplify company values through adherence to policies and professional conduct.
- Assist in reporting and data management to support decision-making and operational improvements.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in an automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment service environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor hours and associated costs to support accurate tracking, reporting, and budget alignment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams); advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to fifteen pounds at times (e.g., files, office supplies).
- Ability to move around the office to file documents, retrieve supplies, or assist with clerical tasks.
- Occasional bending, reaching, and standing as needed.
