Essential Responsibilities
- Assist with production and packaging activities.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Package, stack, move, and organize materials and finished products.
- Follow work instructions and production schedules.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Complete basic production documentation and checklists as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Currently enrolled in high school, technical school, or college, or recently graduated.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
