Essential Responsibilities
- Operate assigned production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure specifications are met.
- Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and packaging instructions.
- Package, stack, move, and organize materials and finished products.
- Verify quantities, sizes, colors, and product specifications.
- Perform basic equipment checks and complete required documentation.
- Maintain inventory and production records as needed.
- Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
- Support team productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including 5S activities.
- Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and operate production equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods (8–11 hours per shift).
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Must wear required PPE at all times.
