We are looking to strengthen our Enterprise Applications team with a Consultant/Senior Consultant / Business Analyst to help us further grow the business. How you will Make an Impact

In this role, you will be under the direction of a senior manager, you will be responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, system implementation, testing, training and system support.

Through working in consulting, you will gain exposure to multiple industries and have the opportunity to continuously learn as you take on exciting, new projects. You can also choose to specialise and contribute to the development of Deloitte service offerings.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Provide ERP consulting; perform business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mind-set to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements.
• Implement and deploy ERP solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business requirements.
• Create functional requirements as an input to application design.
• Build, develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components.
• Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support.
• Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents resulting from business process mapping and client workshops.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.
• Provide on-going post implementation support.

Your Specialized skills:

You will preferably be in possession of a degree/higher qualification in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar fields, with 2 to 4 years of implementation experience with ERP systems.

Ideally, you are knowledgeable and experienced in one or more of the following areas:

• Solid knowledge with ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite or SAP Business One).
• A solid technical grounding of SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Knowledge in accounting, business processes, or finance fields.
• Knowledge of report writing using SAP Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI or other corporate technologies.
• A client-service mind-set and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
• The ability and motivation to work remotely and independently when supporting clients.
• Delivers valuable insights through analysis and previous experience.
• Applies understanding of domain capability integration with other capabilities
