M&A Project Management

Delta System & Software, Inc. is looking for a Remote Project Manager with extensive experience in HR Project Management and M&A. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as expertise in project management tools to successfully lead projects and manage team interdependencies.

Responsibilities:

• 10+ years as an HR Project Manager
• M&A Project Management experience
• Workday Integration Experience / Change Management experience
• Deep understanding of the different functions within HR
• Strong interpersonal relationships and the ability to quickly build relationships, lead and execute actions
• Strong communication (leading calls, summarizing for high-level leaders on the progress etc.)
• Expert experience with Smartsheet or other PM tools to build a project plan and achieve all milestones
• Ability to understand the interdependencies within different teams and sequence tasks for no bottlenecks
