Global Executive Recruiters is seeking a Vice President of Business Development in the Call Center, CX, BPO industry. The role involves leading business development efforts, managing client relationships, and driving sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the BPO sector
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients
- Utilize market research, industry trends, and competitive analysis to identify new markets and customer needs
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Present our BPO solutions to prospective clients through compelling presentations and proposals
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Lead the preparation and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for comprehensive responses
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of RFP and RFI responses
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with new clients
- Ensure all agreements align with company goals and profitability targets
- Maintain thorough documentation and manage contract renewals and amendments
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Identify and attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure cohesive and effective strategies
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment
Requirements:
- 8+ years, proven track record of success in business development, new logo and organic growth within the BPO space. No exceptions, please
- Has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding an annual $3M+ Quota
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- High level of self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a 'fire in the belly' to achieve and exceed targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
