Blueprint is the performance intelligence platform built for marketers who need to know whether their media spend is working. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will take ownership of the sales process, converting prospects into clients by understanding their performance marketing needs and providing credible solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Receive warm, qualified meetings from our SDR and marketing programs and take full ownership of the sales process from that first conversation to signed contract
- Run discovery with precision — quickly identify whether a prospect has the budget, the need, and the organizational readiness to move
- Navigate multi-stakeholder evaluations within in-house marketing teams; understand who influences the decision and who makes it
- Move deals through the pipeline with intent. Follow up with purpose. Create urgency without manufacturing it
- Position our platform as a solution to the real problems performance marketers face — not as a feature list, but as an answer to the questions keeping them up at night
- Speak the language: ROAS, attribution windows, media mix, tracking gaps, incrementality. You don't need a product brief to have this conversation
- Partner with leadership to close complex deals; the founder will be in first meetings with you, which means you have real support and real accountability
- Maintain a clean, current CRM (HubSpot). Your pipeline should be readable by anyone at any time
- Track your activity and results with the same rigor you'd want the SDR team to track theirs
- Surface intelligence from the field — objections, competitive intel, positioning gaps — back to leadership in a way that makes the whole team better
