Wasserman Digital is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and events. The role involves managing campaign details, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of marketing activities under the direction of the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute in-person client dinners, networking events, in-person enablement activities, and small-format hospitality events
- Support tradeshow and conference planning, including logistics, registrations, materials, staffing schedules, shipping, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up
- Manage email campaign execution, including list preparation, scheduling, QA, deployment, and performance tracking
- Support advertising campaign execution, including coordination of creative assets, trafficking, deadlines, placements, and performance reporting
- Update marketing calendars, project trackers, task lists, campaign status updates, and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, venues, sponsors, media partners, and event organizers
- Ensure campaign details are accurate, complete, and aligned with the direction provided by the Marketing Director
- Collaborating with Marketing Director to maintain and update internal project management tools (such as Trello)
- Track expenses, invoices, event costs, vendor needs, and budget-related details
- Prepare campaign wrap-up notes, event recaps, and basic performance summaries
- Build and maintain campaign lists in the CRM
- Coordinate imports, tagging, segmentation, and campaign enrollment
- QA email workflows, forms, landing pages, UTMs, links, and follow-up logic
- Keep campaign records updated so marketing activity can be tied back to leads, meetings, opportunities, and partner activity
- Monitor campaign status and flag when follow-up is missing or stalled
- Coordinate with platform partners on joint marketing initiatives and co-branded content
- Make sure that partner campaign materials follow approved messaging and are routed for review when needed
- Support partner events and campaigns with appropriate marketing and enablement materials
- Ensure consistent representation of agency capabilities in partner channels
- Support marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, social media, and content platforms
- Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance
- Maintain clean, organized campaign workflows in the CRM, project management system, and shared marketing trackers
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the space
- Experience working with a digital agency or professional services firm
- Familiarity with ecommerce and/or enterprise software
- Very detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Comfortable managing many small tasks at once
- Strong follow-up and accountability
- Clear written communication
- Able to work independently once direction is provided
- Comfortable coordinating across internal teams and external vendors
- Practical, organized, and execution-focused
- Strong QA mindset for dates, names, links, lists, copy, assets, and logistics
- B2B Marketing Expertise: Working knowledge of B2B marketing campaigns, especially email, events, content distribution, paid media coordination, and partner marketing
- Some knowledge of the major ecommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, CommerceTools, and Adobe Commerce/Magento is highly desirable
