Sales Account Executive

AdeptPlus is a rapidly growing agency that helps Water Conditioning contractors grow their businesses through effective digital marketing strategies. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the water treatment industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drive net-new revenue by confidently articulating AdeptPlus's value proposition to Water Conditioning business owners
• Become a dedicated expert in the water conditioning/treatment industry, understanding the specific "pains" of these dealers and offering tailored solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through a consultative, solution-based approach
• Maintain and build strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring they feel like our only client from the very first touchpoint
• Manage your sales funnel efficiently using our CRM and project management systems to ensure no lead is left behind

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in digital marketing agency services, home services sector, SaaS or other subscription-based services
• Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead generation to build a consistent sales pipeline
• Willingness and ability to attend 5-10 industry conferences per year to network and close deals
• Strong understanding of web graphic design, content, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing
• Degree, certification, or equivalent years of experience in sales and marketing
• Superior verbal and presentation skills; you must be a 'native' to internet technology and comfortable selling digital solutions
• Experience with HubSpot (or similar)
• G-Suite, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
• Slack
• Previous experience in the Water Conditioning or broader Home Services industry is highly preferred
