Attentive is the AI marketing platform for 1:1 personalization redefining the way brands and people connect. The Product Manager for 3rd Party Integrations on the Data Platform will drive execution across Attentive's portfolio of integrations with platforms like Shopify and Salesforce, improving existing integrations and building new ones to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full product lifecycle for new integration capabilities — from concept and beta to general availability, adoption, and customer proof points
- Develop deep customer empathy by owning the feedback loop on existing integrations — working through support tickets and feature requests to diagnose root causes, prioritize fixes, and champion the customer voice in roadmap decisions
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Partnerships, and Customer Success to improve how strategic integrations are positioned, adopted, and operationalized during onboarding and account servicing
- Contribute to building agentic tooling that increases Attentive's velocity in delivering new integration capabilities and responding to customer demand
- Help establish Attentive's market position as a leader in data platform connectivity by driving adoption, measurable business outcomes, and compelling partner and customer case studies
- Develop your product craft in a high-growth environment, working alongside senior PMs and cross-functional leaders who will invest in your growth
Requirements:
- 2+ years of product management experience, ideally on platform products, integrations, partner ecosystems, APIs, or data infrastructure in a SaaS environment
- Shipped products that required strong cross-functional coordination across technical, commercial, and customer-facing teams
- Ability to engage deeply with technical concepts like APIs, data models, event flows, and system interoperability, while translating them into simple customer value propositions
- Collaborative by default and building the ability to influence across Product Marketing, Partnerships, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and Engineering
- Outcomes-oriented and thinking about success in terms of adoption, business impact, and retention — not just shipping features
- Clear communication skills and developing the credibility to represent product thinking with both partners and internal stakeholders
- Experience in martech, e-commerce, CRM, CDP, or adjacent ecosystems — or prior exposure to working alongside strategic technology partners
