Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables
- Analyze, transform, and resolve business problems through data-driven and technology-enabled solutions

- Apply advanced statistical and analytical methods to solve complex problems using large structured and unstructured datasets
- Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, explainable insights for executive and non‑technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain scalable tooling platforms that support operational excellence across global construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technology‑related discipline (e.g., Statistics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in a highly quantitative role, ideally within a high‑growth or research‑driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience working on large, complex datasets
- Demonstrated experience defining and operationalizing system performance, resource utilization, and efficiency metrics from the ground up
- Proven track record of building complex datasets and analytical models that influence technical and strategic decisions
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, experimental design, and quantitative analysis
- Strong proficiency in Python (preferred), with additional capability in SQL and R
- Experience working with large datasets
- Ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear, explainable, auditable insights for executive audiences
- Advanced Excel skills for business analysis and modeling
- Seasoned experience in business‑requirements gathering, use‑case definition, and process mapping
- Proven ability to contribute to performance strategies that drive operational excellence and business outcomes
