80 Acres Farms is on a mission to change the way the world eats by growing pesticide-free produce in smart vertical farms. The Lead/Senior Customer Service Specialist will ensure exceptional customer experiences by proactively managing service execution across customer accounts and collaborating with various teams to address challenges and enhance service performance.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for routine customer service needs and inquiries
- Support end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including order entry, validation, and issue resolution
- Monitor service metrics (fill rate, on-time delivery, compliance) and escalate risks or gaps
- Execute order management and service support for assigned customers
- Partner with Supply Chain to track inventory and flag potential service disruptions
- Assist with deductions research and discrepancy resolution in partnership with Finance
- Support onboarding, item setup, and product launches
- Maintain accurate data across ERP, EDI, and reporting systems
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or supply chain
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Excel and business systems
- Experience in CPG, foodservice, or perishable categories
- Exposure to retailer or distributor compliance requirements
