- 10+ Years as a Salesforce Developer
- 5+ Years as a Lead Salesforce Developer
- Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly called Community Cloud)
- LWR Mastery: Deep understanding of the Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and its impact on performance and SEO.
- Modern Tools: Experience with Salesforce CLI, SFDX
Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
Key Responsibilities 1. Architectural Design & Strategy
Solutioning: Lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites, selecting between LWR and Aura templates based on performance and SEO needs.
Security & Identity: Design robust security models using External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms (Account Relationship Data Sharing, Apex Managed Sharing).
Governance: Define the branching strategy and CI/CD pipelines specifically for Experience Cloud metadata, which is notoriously difficult to deploy.
2. Technical Development (Hands-on Leadership)
Advanced LWC: Build modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components specifically optimized for the LWR framework.
Personalization: Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to deliver hyper-personalized content journeys.
Process Automation: Design sophisticated workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex to handle high-volume external user transactions.
3. Data & AI Integration
Data Cloud Integration: Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles within the community for a 360-degree experience.
API Management: Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud) via REST/SOAP and Named Credentials.
4. Leadership & Mentorship
Code Review: Enforce strict coding standards to ensure governor limit compliance and scalability.
Stakeholder Management: Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and translate business requirements into technical user stories.
