Job Title: Test Lead Retail POS (Eyewear Domain preferred)
Location: Mason OH (Onsite role from day one, Remote not allowed)
Duration: 12+ Month

Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Onsite Test Lead with strong expertise in Retail POS systems, including exposure to Eyewear/Optical retail workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end testing for POS implementations in retail environments
Act as SPOC onsite, working closely with client stakeholders
Coordinate with multiple POS vendors and partner teams
Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and UAT support
Collaborate with onsite & offshore teams to ensure quality delivery

Required Experience:
8+ years in QA with Retail POS testing experience
Hands-on experience in Eyewear/Optical POS systems
Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills
Experience working onsite with client-facing responsibilities
Strong knowledge of:
o Test lifecycle management
o Defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HPQC, Azure DevOps)
o Test management tools
