
Claims Analyst – Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
Experience Required
2+ years of end-to-end claims handling experience.
Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Claims Intake & Processing - Handle insurance claims from FNOL (First Notice of Loss) to final settlement.
Review claim documents and verify policy coverage, limits, and deductibles.
Investigate claims and assess liability where required.
Policy & Coverage Verification
Claims Triage & Assignment
Documentation & Records Management
Bill Pay & Allied Claims Support
Coordinate with customers, adjusters, brokers, and internal teams.
Ensure claims are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Resolve claim-related queries and maintain complete claim records.
Support process improvements and follow compliance requirements.
