Job Responsibilities
· Drive growth and expansion of WWF-India’s online Conservation Products business.
· Manage all existing eCommerce channels for Conservation Products, including the WWF-India online store, Amazon etc.
· Manage online backend operations and product catalogue.
· Monitor and optimize product portfolio performance across pricing, margins, inventory and sales.
· eCommerce & Website Management
o Manage and optimize the organization’s eCommerce platform and online store and Amazon
o Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, promotions, and order workflows.
o Ensure timely stock updates and order management across channels.
o Ensure website content related to products, campaigns, and sales initiatives is accurate, engaging, and updated regularly.
o Coordinate with web developers/design teams for website improvements, landing pages, and user experience optimization.
o Monitor website performance, traffic, conversions, and sales analytics.
· Digital Marketing & Sales Growth
o Develop and execute digital marketing (DM) campaigns (with assistance from the DM team) to increase online sales and visibility of conservation products.
o Plan and implement promotional campaigns around wildlife awareness days, seasonal campaigns and special events.
o Manage the social media handle and generate promotional content – including designing posts and related collateral for branding and selling online
o Drive customer acquisition and retention through email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and paid digital campaigns.
Senior Officer/Assistant Manager eCommerce - Conservation Products
o Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling storytelling-led campaigns aligned with the organization’s mission.
· Content & Brand Communication
o Develop engaging product descriptions, campaign copy and promotional content.
o Ensure brand consistency across all digital sales and communication channels.
o Support visual merchandising and campaign presentation across website and social media platforms.
· Reporting & Analytics
o Track KPIs related to online sales, campaign performance, customer engagement, and website traffic.
o Generate regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
· Partnerships & Coordination
o Explore partnerships and collaborations that can enhance product visibility and revenue generation.
o Manage onboarding and operations across new eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.
Graduate in any discipline. A degree in marketing will be helpful.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, online sales, or managing digital retail platforms.
· Strong understanding of major eCommerce marketplaces and their backend systems, including Amazon and similar platforms.
· Experience in managing online product catalogue, inventory, pricing and digital sales campaigns.
