TSI Group is seeking a Product/Solution Marketing Manager to define and structure their portfolio of solutions, ensuring clarity, differentiation, compliance, and commercial readiness. The role involves translating complex capabilities into compelling customer-ready solutions and requires strong cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and structure TSI’s portfolio of solutions across key segments (e.g., active nutrition, healthy aging, metabolic health, personalized nutrition)
- Define solution architecture (ingredient + format + formulation + claims + use case)
- Ensure alignment with Strategic Business Initiatives (SBIs) and priority customer needs
- Develop clear product and solution positioning, including:
- Value propositions
- Features, benefits, and differentiation
- Claims and substantiation (in collaboration with Regulatory & Science teams)
- Translate technical and scientific concepts into commercially compelling narratives
- Ensure all solutions are market-ready, including:
- Approved claims and compliant messaging
- Packaging and labeling guidance
- Core marketing assets (in collaboration with Content/Creative teams)
- Act as the bridge between Product Innovation and Commercial teams
- Work closely with:
- Product Innovation → feasibility, claims, differentiation
- Industry Marketing & Customer Engagement → customer insights, market needs, SBIs
- Communications & Sales Enablement → activation, tools, and execution
- Events → Product Messaging, samples needs
- Support Sales and BD with clear, structured solution frameworks
- Maintain a coherent and scalable portfolio structure
- Identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for optimization
- Drive continuous improvement based on:
- Customer feedback
- Market trends
- Commercial performance
- Clear, structured, and differentiated solution portfolio
- Strong alignment between Product, Marketing, and Commercial
- Faster and more effective customer conversations
- Reduced complexity and improved internal clarity on offerings
Requirements:
7 years of experience in: Product marketing
7 years of experience in: Portfolio management
7 years of experience in: Solution marketing
7 years of experience in: Or technical/commercial roles in nutrition related industry
- Strong ability to: Translate science into commercial value
- Strong ability to: Structure complex offerings into clear frameworks
- Experience working cross-functionally with: R&D / Innovation
- Experience working cross-functionally with: Regulatory
- Experience working cross-functionally with: Sales / BD
- Excellent communication and structuring skills
- Comfortable in a global, fast-evolving environment
- Either Remote from the US or Europe or on-site in Missoula or Phoenix or in the UK (Manchester)
