Project Manager - Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Dice is seeking an experienced Project Manager to be part of a growing enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program. This role will provide strategic oversight, governance, and execution across all initiatives while partnering closely with product and cybersecurity leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an enterprise IAM Projects spanning multiple Agile workstreams and sprint team
• Partner with product owners and security leadership to define and execute the Project roadmap
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams onboarding to the IAM platform
• Consolidate and deliver Project -level reporting across all workstreams (status,risks, metrics, dependencies)
• Present updates to executive stakeholders and steering committees

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Project Management
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives with multiple workstreams
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
