VBeyond Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their aerospace manufacturing team. Responsibilities:
- Perform and review First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation in accordance with aerospace industry standards
- Conduct quality inspections for incoming, in-process, and final products and components
- Prepare and maintain Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and related quality documentation
- Support non-conformance processes including investigation, containment, corrective actions, and closure
- Analyze customer returns and assist with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities
- Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
- Monitor quality metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 quality management system requirements
Requirements:
