isolved is an employee experience leader, providing intuitive, people-first HCM technology. As a Group Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of the benefits platform, overseeing related products and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage feature set to support general experience and common components in an application
- Regularly communicate on a technical level with engineering and development, including creating detailed use cases, flows, diagrams, API specifications, and other technical documentation
- Work with engineers to scope, design, and implement capabilities
- Identify market trends to shape product lines
- Conduct product research, requirements-gathering, and product rollout
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps
- Using relevant criteria, review and prioritize the product roadmap
- Define design processes for innovation and scalability of current and new product lines
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Collaborate with the development team to define features
- Work with the quality assurance team to fix defects and aid in testing, leading the execution in their assigned product areas and driving the resolution of issues associated with those areas across the company
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, ensuring their professional growth and development
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the product team
- Provide clear direction and priorities to the product team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience defining detailed technical user stories and use cases
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Familiarity with Agile processes and environments
- Ability to define key metrics for measuring product success
- Strong background in project/program management
- Demonstrated experience building user experiences and platform capabilities for web products
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility and willingness to quickly adapt to sudden changes and issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines
