One Rawr is a unique marketing agency that partners closely with clients to drive measurable results. They are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager who will execute campaigns across multiple client accounts, focusing on campaign operations, project management, and analytics to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HubSpot Marketing and Sales hub end-to-end across multiple client accounts
- Build and maintain workflows, automations, sequences, and integrations from scratch
- Create and optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and forms
- Manage contact segmentation, list hygiene, and database health
- Design and maintain reporting dashboards that actually tell a story
- Implement A/B testing and continuously optimize for conversion
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social, ebooks, and webinars
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations and ensure deliverables land on time
- Coordinate with creative team and stakeholders to move projects forward
- Lead and contribute to client calls with clarity, energy, and genuine preparation
- Keep Monday.com updated with tasks, meeting notes, and timelines across multiple client workstreams
- Communicate proactively—flag issues before they become problems
- Build and maintain social media content calendars, write copy and schedule posts across platforms
- Create clean, on-brand graphics in Canva for email, social, and ad creative
- Manage video editor relationships, providing creative direction, review deliverables, maintain asset libraries
- Monitor social engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics
- Stay current on platform trends and surface opportunities for clients
- Make WordPress edits across client sites: build new pages, update content and imagery, manage plugins, and ensure everything stays on-brand and error-free
- Track and report on KPIs across all channels using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools
- Compile performance data into clear, compelling reports with actionable takeaways
- Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
Requirements:
- 5+ years in marketing with hands-on execution experience
- Expert-level HubSpot experience: you have managed full end-to-end for clients, not just used it as a user, ideally even set up Hubspot from scratch—be prepared to discuss specifics in your interview
- Day-one fluency in all five core platforms: HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, Figma, and Claude. These are not tools you'll learn here—you must be operating at speed in each before you apply
- Experience with Monday.com to manage day to day tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clients should genuinely enjoy working with you
- Well-versed in AI-powered workflows. You write well-crafted prompts, build automations, and have hands-on experience with AI agents — specifically within Claude and Claude Design. This isn't a nice-to-have; it's how we work
- Agency experience strongly preferred
