OUTPATIENT & HOME-OUTPATIENT THERAPY!
As a PTA in this role, you will become an integral teammate in our continuum of care, where we offer 1-on-1 outpatient therapy and 1-on-1 Home-Based outpatient therapy to patients from outside of the SNF!
Why choose the hybrid role of OP/HOME-OP?
This position is great for any therapist - from a new grad who wants to get exposure to a variety of settings, to a seasoned therapist who is excited about providing a wide range of treatments. The OP/Home OP role allows you to flex your treatment muscles and see a wide range of diagnoses and treatment approaches!
On the OP side you can expect to provide 1-on-1 sessions for 45-60 minutes in the beautifully updated outpatient gym we have at our Woodward Hills facility! This role generally has a consistent outpatient schedule that will flex with SNF time as caseloads fluctuate, meaning you don't have to worry about inconsistent hours! In addition, you will have the opportunity to provide outpatient services to patients in their homes as part of our "Outpatient Bridge Program".
