Overview
We are seeking a Civil Engineer (EIT)
to support residential and commercial land development projects from concept
through construction. This role focuses on site design, grading, drainage,
utility layout, and permitting while working closely with project managers and
multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Responsibilities

Prepare site development plans for residential
and commercial projects, including grading, drainage, and utility design.

Perform stormwater management and
hydrology/hydraulic analyses using HydroCAD.

Develop construction documents, site
layouts, and profiles using Civil 3D.

Coordinate with project managers,
clients, municipalities, and utility agencies throughout design and
permitting.

Assist with erosion and sediment control
plans, permitting, and construction phase support.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

EIT certification required.

Experience with residential and/or
commercial land/site development projects.

Proficiency with Civil 3D and HydroCAD.

Knowledge of grading, drainage,
stormwater management, utility design, and local permitting processes.

Strong communication and organizational
skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Structural
Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a Structural Engineer with a strong grasp of residential and
commercial building design to support structural analysis, detailing, and
construction documentation. This role requires hands-on experience in building
systems design with the ability to collaborate effectively across architectural
and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
• Perform structural analysis and design for residential and commercial
building projects
• Prepare structural calculations, reports, and construction documents
• Develop framing plans, foundation designs, and structural details
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure
integrated design solutions
• Conduct site visits and respond to RFIs during construction phases
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and industry standards
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
