Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users.

Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and business applications.

Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory.

Configure and support email clients such as Microsoft Outlook.
-
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
-
Install software patches, updates, and antivirus solutions.
-
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
-
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
-
Support meeting room equipment, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
-
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
