Black Eagle Secure Solutions Inc is a licensed private security company specializing in unarmed security guard and patrol services. The Business Development Representative will focus on driving new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth through client outreach and lead qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying prospective clients
- Conducting outreach via phone, email, and online channels
- Qualifying leads for security guard and patrol services
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools
- Preparing basic proposals or quotes in collaboration with leadership
- Following up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Collaborating with management to refine messaging
- Gathering market feedback
- Supporting strategic initiatives that expand the company’s presence in commercial and residential markets
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, including prospect outreach, pipeline management, and closing support
- Candidates should possess Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify, research, and qualify new opportunities
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging prospects and presenting solutions clearly
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet activity and performance targets
- Comfort with CRM systems, basic office software, and online communication tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in security services, facilities management, or related industries is beneficial
- Further education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage
