Education Manager

Readymag is a design tool for creating websites and other digital content, and they are seeking an Education Growth Manager to lead and scale their presence in design education. This role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and customer relations teams to enhance educational initiatives and ensure Readymag becomes a key resource for creatives.

Responsibilities:

• Evolve the Education stream beyond brand awareness into a sustainable revenue-generating direction
• Strengthen existing initiatives (partnerships with universities, educators, and students) across key regions (North American, Europe, Latin America, Australia)
• Launch and grow new directions, such as partnerships with educational courses, career-focused initiatives, and other expansion opportunities
• Plan and execute initiatives focused on student acquisition and engagement, including educational discounts, workshops, and optimization of the education flow
• Combine partnership management, program production, and strong project management capabilities

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, program management, or project management within edtech, creative-tech, or SaaS environments
• Ability to align education initiatives with business objectives and commercial impact
• Strategic mindset combined with strong hands-on execution skills
• Experience leading multiple workstreams, from identifying opportunities to overseeing quality delivery
• Effective communication skills, strong relationship-building skills, and cross-functional team management skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
