About this roleJob Summary The FormTitan Sr. Developer (Salesforce) is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting FormTitan solutions integrated with Salesforce. This role focuses on building dynamic forms, portals, workflow automation, document generation, and end-to-end business process solutions while ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FormTitan development, Salesforce platform capabilities, and enterprise solution design. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain FormTitan forms, portals, and workflow solutions. Configure dynamic forms, conditional logic, validations, calculations, and multi-step workflows. Develop customer-facing and internal business portals using FormTitan. Implement document generation, e-signature, payment processing, approval workflows, and business process automation. Configure automated notifications, alerts, and workflow automation. Integrate FormTitan solutions with Salesforce objects and business processes. Configure and maintain bidirectional data synchronization between FormTitan and Salesforce. Work with standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and platform capabilities. Support Salesforce Flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards as part of end-to-end business solutions. Troubleshoot data mapping, integration, and synchronization issues. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business requirements into scalable FormTitan and Salesforce solutions. Conduct solution design workshops and recommend best practice solutions. Prepare functional and technical documentation. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support deployments across development, testing, and production environments. Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely resolutions. Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with business users, Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Project Managers. Deliver end-user training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing production support. Support application enhancements, maintenance, and continuous optimization initiatives. Required Qualifications 8+ years of Salesforce experience. 4+ years of hands-on FormTitan development and configuration experience. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, data model, and platform capabilities. Experience designing complex forms, portals, workflows, and document generation solutions. Hands-on experience integrating FormTitan with Salesforce. Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with custom objects, custom fields, Flows, reports, dashboards, and security configuration. Strong experience with workflow automation, conditional logic, approval processes, and data mapping. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional and technical documentation. Experience supporting testing, deployment, production support, and ongoing application maintenance. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator Certification. Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud. Experience integrating DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or other e-signature solutions. Experience integrating payment gateway solutions. Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and enterprise integration concepts. Experience implementing Salesforce and FormTitan solutions for customer onboarding, application processing, registration, enrollment portals, or case management. Experience working in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Public Sector environments. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Salesforce Administrator , Salesforce Platform App Builder
