Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to drive quality assurance initiatives, establish testing best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will lead QA efforts, develop test strategies, oversee automation and manual testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, and performance testing activities.
- Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Track and report QA metrics, quality trends, and product health to stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure product stability.
- Mentor and guide QA team members while fostering a culture of quality excellence.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in software testing and QA management.
- Expertise in test automation, quality processes, and testing methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking, reporting, and QA metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
