5+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software or CRM solutions in an Agile
environment.
Experience managing CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, with knowledge of Salesforce
and related sales technologies considered a plus.
Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations organizations to deliver
customer-centric technology solutions.
Experience implementing or managing AI-supported solutions, intelligent automation, or generative AI
capabilities that improve business processes, user productivity, or customer experiences.
Proven ability to facilitate executive-level meetings, influence senior leadership, and communicate
effectively with both business and technical audiences.
