Job Description:

We are looking for a Systems Analyst 1 with 1–3 years of experience to support system analysis, business requirements gathering, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, document solutions, and support system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements
• Document functional specifications and process workflows
• Support system testing, implementation, and issue resolution
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams
• Assist with system documentation and reporting

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of Systems Analysis or Business Analysis experience
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience with system testing and implementation support
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Local Texas candidates preferred
• Must be available to work in Austin, TX
