abra professional services is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (R&D Environments)!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level technical support for internal Wi-Fi and Bluetooth applications, tools, and automation processes.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and analyze complex technical issues, system behavior, and product logs.
- Support engineering and validation teams in their daily technical activities and debugging processes.
- Assist with hands-on lab setup, hardware/software maintenance, and test environment configurations.
- Escalate, document, and track software bugs and technical hardware issues using internal tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Validation, and Integration Engineers.
- Operate seamlessly across both Linux and Windows environments.
Requirements
- Technical background (Degree, Diploma, or relevant training) in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Basic, hands-on knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, team-oriented engineering environment.
