Role Summary
Own the end-to-end revenue relationship with AWS — from creating demand inside the partner's field and co-sell motions, to building joint offerings and industry solutions that drive closed revenue. This is a quota-carrying, senior individual contributor role for someone who has either sold into AWS or worked within it and deeply understands how partner ecosystems generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Own
a revenue quota tied to AWS co-sell and partner-generated opportunities.

Build strategic relationships with AWS Alliance Managers, PDMs, and AWS field
sales teams.

Design and execute demand generation programs including executive briefings,
workshops, marketplace campaigns, AWS Summits, QBRs, and field events.

Lead development of joint AI solutions and industry-specific offerings with
AWS.

Manage AWS ACE registrations, opportunity synchronization, and joint account
planning.

Serve as the internal AWS advocate, sharing market intelligence and ecosystem
insights.

Create scalable partner programs, sales playbooks, enablement materials, and
case studies.

Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and GTM teams to launch joint
solutions.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, alliances,
partnerships, or business development.

Prior experience working within AWS, selling into AWS, or managing AWS
partnerships for an SI, ISV, or consulting organization.

Strong understanding of AWS co-sell programs, ACE, PDM engagement, and AWS
sales motions.

Proven experience owning revenue targets, pipeline generation, and
partner-led growth.

Experience developing joint solutions with product and engineering teams.

Strong demand generation and ecosystem marketing experience.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building
skills.

Ability to travel approximately 45% for partner events and customer
engagements.
