Gains Intermediate is a private equity backed portfolio specializing in health and wellness coaching. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to own and grow relationships with gym chains and fitness franchise organizations, focusing on building a pipeline and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build a pipeline of gym chains and franchise organizations (focus: 10-100 location groups)
- Own the full sales cycle - outreach, discovery, proposal, follow-up, close, and managing the ongoing relationship with the client
- Leverage your existing industry network to open doors quickly
- Collaborate with the Gym Launch executive team on strategy, pricing, and deal structure
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with consistent follow-through
- Represent Gym Launch at industry events
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience selling to gym chains and fitness franchise organizations
- You currently sell (or recently sold) a product or service to gym chains or franchise organizations
- You have meaningful relationships with the decision makers inside multi-location fitness businesses
- Self-directed, organized, and relentless about follow up
