Greylock Recovery is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals experiencing substance use disorders. The Director of Product Management is responsible for shaping and executing the product vision and roadmap, overseeing the lifecycle of products, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities:
- Shaping and executing Greylock Recovery’s product vision and roadmap
- Overseeing the lifecycle of digital and service-based products, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and continuous improvement
- Leading cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with clinical, operations, and technology stakeholders
- Ensuring products align with evidence-based practices in substance use disorder care
- Defining product strategy, prioritizing initiatives, managing backlogs, reviewing product performance metrics, and guiding teams through planning, execution, and delivery
- Mentoring product managers, supporting alignment with organizational goals, and championing a user-centered approach that improves outcomes for individuals in recovery
Requirements:
- Strong product strategy and product management skills, with a track record of delivering impactful products in healthcare, behavioral health, or related fields
- Robust analytical skills to interpret data, measure product performance, and inform decision-making and prioritization
- Team leadership and project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives from concept to launch
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience designing user-centered solutions, ideally for vulnerable or underserved populations, with a focus on compassionate and evidence-based care
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Product Management, Public Health, Psychology, or a related discipline)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development best practices; experience setting product KPIs and using data tools or analytics platforms
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and non-discriminatory practices in product design and organizational decision-making
- Advanced degree is a plus
