MNJ SOFTWARE is one of Information Technology’s fastest growing companies, seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their team. The role involves conducting market research, defining business requirements, and collaborating with various departments to successfully launch products and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and develop roadmaps for web-based products to maximize sales and profitability
- Define business requirements including MVP and work with other departments to launch product offers for our large base of SMB customers
- Create product positioning and features documentation to enable sales, marketing, and training materials to be produced
- Collaborates with sales and support to ensure the proper support strategies are enabled for ultimate success
- Evaluate new product functionality and manage third-party partnerships and white-label agreements
- Manage product revenue, including forecasting and reporting on key performance metrics
- Develop bundling and pricing strategies and integrate new products and services with our current offers
- Gather feedback through NPS responses, beta groups, and surveys to understand customer needs and identify product improvements
Requirements:
- Experience: 6-10 yrs
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
- Fluency in oral and written English is required
- Solid Product Management experience bringing consumer products to market and seeing it through many iterations
- Leading a SaaS product to commercial success (increased revenue)
- Identifying strategies to maximize value of products and services, and communicating it to the customers to achieve high product usage
- Success regardless of obstacles or circumstances
